- Oversee drying, demolition, cleaning, content pack-out—whatever the loss requires
- Keep the customer updated so they always feel taken care of
- Document the job thoroughly and manage materials/equipment responsibly

- Stay calm and professional even in emotional or high-pressure situations
- Enjoy hands-on, physical work and don’t mind variety (every job is different)
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and the office
- Take pride in doing things the right way — every time
- Experience in restoration, water/fire mitigation, construction, or related fields is a big plus (but we train motivated people)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs (occasionally more with assistance)
- Comfort working in tight spaces, at heights, and in all kinds of conditions
- Basic computer/tablet skills and comfortable with measurements/math
- High school diploma or GED
- Willing to travel locally or occasionally out of state for bigger losses
- Able to pass a background check
- Any IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)
- Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience
- Familiarity with drying equipment, moisture meters, or restoration processes
